Hi my name is Piper Graaten. I am 13 years old and live in Lantzville. From the first time I tried BMX at 3 years, I knew that I loved to race my bike. Since then I have been a multi-time national BMX champion in both Canada and the US and have been lucky to have travelled across North America, and even Australia to race my bike. My BMX racing has helped me a lot with my mountain biking skills and I look forward to developing those skills even more. I love heading out on the trails with friends and learning how to hit new jumps. I raced my first Enduro last summer and ever since then I have been hooked. This season, I am doing it all… racing DH, Enduro, BMX and spending as much time at the dirt jumps as possible.
Biking is my favourite sport, but when I am not on my bike, I ski race, play lacrosse, basketball, and volleyball.
